RN Masale is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of high-quality spice powders, including but not limited to turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and various proprietary spice blends.

2. Products and Usage

  • All products are manufactured under hygienic conditions using quality ingredients.

  • Products are intended for culinary use only.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are not allergic to any ingredients used.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our authorized channels (website, authorized distributors, or in-person).

  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

  • RN Masale is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, product names, packaging, and designs, are the intellectual property of RN Masale.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RN Masale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Users are advised to store and consume products as per packaging instructions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in WASI, MAHARASHTRA.

9. Modifications

RN Masale reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
